The game wont start if controller connected

Hello i have a gamesir x2. When i try to play game with controller connected, its always stuck at loading after load shader cache. But if i use touch screen it work perfectly fine. My device is poco F3. Sorry cannot find any solution

I have this same problem with my moto g200 and Gamesir X2. The App Egg NS asks for permission tô access The gamesir but when I allw, Gamesir X2 becomes useless! A Green light is turned on as if It is only chraging and nothing at ALL wokrs, no buttons! What a Shame, I only bought this awful gamepad to use Egg NS!
